LDA claims success in business-friendly steps

The regulations allowed five per cent discount on lump sum payment of commercialisation fee

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has highlighted the Land Use Rules and Regulations 2020 for allowing new business ventures for promoting trade in the four districts of the division as a major achievement of the past year.

The annual performance report of the authority issued on Sunday stated that policy and guidelines had been provided as a result of promulgation of the rules for permitting change in use of land for starting new business activities and generating more job opportunities.

The regulations allowed five per cent discount on lump sum payment of commercialisation fee.
