The 'Superstar' actor in a recent Instagram post opened up about her time in isolation

Earlier this month, superstar Mahira Khan tested positive for Covid-19. "I have tested positive for Covid-19. I'm isolating and I have also informed all those who were in close contact with me over the last few days," said Khan in an Insta post. Adding on, the Raees actor had urged her followers to continue to follow SOPs to curb the spread of the pandemic. 

"It's been rough but it will be okay soon. InshaAllah." she continued hopefully. "Please, please wear a mask and follow all other SOPs for your sake and others," she had said.

Being in quarantine for the past couple of weeks, Khan in a latest Insta post revealed to her fans as to how she had spent time in isolation. The Superstar actor discussed how she has kept busy with reading and writing. "I have listened to old songs, read lots, written and written and written, watched some amazing films, smiled while thinking of life and cried too, lit candles and then re lit some more every night," she said.

However, adding on, the actor talked about how she has missed her son during this time immensely." I missed my child more than ever before. I missed seeing those I love so much," she said.

At the same time, the Humsafar how this time has made her realise as to how blessed her life is. "And in my moments of pain and discomfort. I could only thank the universe for the life I have lived and continue to live. Every little thing - all the tender mercies and blessings. Alhumdulillah. Thank you for the birthday wishes and the love.," she concluded her note.
