An exhibition of Chrysanthemum flowers opened at the Rumi Park in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
The annual horticultural exhibition had been organized by the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) with a wide variety of beautiful Chrysanthemum species.
An RCB spokesperson said that the horticulture department had planted over 15,000 saplings of different species including Chrysanthemum flowers at various green belts and parks during this season.
The official added that more than 100 species of Chrysanthemums had been displayed in the exhibition organized at Rumi Park. He urged the public to come forward and play their role in making the environment green.
