The newly-appointed Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Abbas Ahsan took charge of his post the other day. Soon after assuming charge, he chaired a high-level meeting of senior police officials. He directed officers to ensure that first information reports (FIR) are lodged based on complaints received at police stations.
