A suspect, booked for committing robberies, got injured in crossfire between cops and robbers when he took the police to point out the hideout of his accomplices.

Ratta Amral police said that they had arrested Suleman from Dhok Hassu Chowk on allegations of committing armed robberies and mugging. Police had recovered Rs135,000, 28 cell phones, and arms from the suspect which he had allegedly looted in different robberies.

As part of investigations, a squad of Ratta Amral police station took Suleman to the location where his partners could be found. However, as the police arrived there, the suspects opened fire at them and one of the bullets struck Suleman owing to which he got injured. The remaining suspects managed to flee.
