Police on Tuesday arrested 15 suspected outlaws, including five proclaimed offenders, and recovered a stolen motorbike, drugs, liquor and weapons from their possession.
A police spokesperson said that the Karachi Company police had apprehended a suspected bike lifter, identified as Ataa, and recovered a stolen motorbike from his possession.
Separately, the Secretariat police arrested Muhammad Usman and recovered 123 grammes of hashish from him.
The Bhara Kahu police arrested Waqas Masih and recovered 50 liters of alcohol from him.
Similarly, the Bani Gala police arrested Saif Ali and recovered 118 grammes of hashish from him. The Tarnol police arrested Sheraz and recovered 1.21 kilogrammes of hashish from him.
Moreover, the Noon police arrested Sajjad and recovered 230 grammes of hashish from him. The Shams Colony police arrested Mohsin Raza and recovered five litres of alcohol from him.
The Shahzad Town police arrested accused Zakar Akber for his allegedly involvement in the illegal sale of petrol.
Khanna police arrested Patras Masih and recovered 18 litres of alcohol from him. Police also apprehended Juma Khan and recovered 120 kites from him.
Separate cases were registered against these suspects while further legal proceedings are underway against them.
Moreover, during snap checking in the city, police claimed to have nabbed five proclaimed offenders.
