The Punjab Education Ministry has termed the submission of some 22 documents mandatory for teachers for digitisation of their records.

As per the details, the teachers have been instructed to ensure the provision of all required documents, or else the data would be deemed as incomplete.

The documents include National Identity Card (NIC), passport number, marriage certificate, degree, recruitment letter along with training certificate, salary slip, disability certificate, and others. The educators have also been directed to submit their original service books for appearing on the online system. The teachers have started striving to acquire all related documents and heading to different offices for their retrieval.
