Police claimed to have arrested five alleged drug peddlers and recovered narcotics on Wednesday. A police team conducted raids at various places and arrested the alleged accused besides recovering 3.45 kilogrammes of hashish and two pistols. The suspects were identified as Muhammad Asghar, Muhammad Imran, Muhammad Kamran, Ghulam Abbas and Ahmed Nasir. Police have registered separate cases against the accused and started investigation.
