A local court sent on Tuesday an accused to jail on judicial remand in a case pertaining to quarrelling with and beating a traffic police official. The East judicial magistrate was hearing the case at the Karachi City Court, where the investigation officer (IO) informed the court that the accused, Faraz, had assaulted traffic police official Aleem Shah and threatened him. The court sent the accused to jail on judicial remand and directed the IO to submit the case challan after completing the investigation.
