The Pak-Afghan Highway has been reopened and the protests for the missing Awami National Party worker Asad Khan Achakzai have been shifted in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office. Officials of the All Parties Traders Union and Chamber of Commerce thanked the newly elected President Haji Jalat Khan Achakzai.”In this difficult situation, full support has been announced and a joint struggle will be declared in front of the DC Office in the form of protests and sit-ins,” officials said. “All political parties will participate to address the problems being faced.” He further highlighted how Achakzai had gone missing on the way to Quetta. A First Information Report had been registered but authorities have failed to recover him.
