The devil works hard but Kris Jenner works harder... or does she?

The momager of the Kardashian-Jenner household is facing sexual harassment claims by her former bodyguard, reported People. Jenner, however, has vehemently denied the claims leveled by Marc McWilliams.

McWilliams also made a number of other allegations against Jenner and daughter Kourtney Kardashian in the lawsuit, including racial and gender discrimination, and wrongful termination; McWilliams identifies as a Black male in the lawsuit. The private security company, David Shield Security is also being sued by him.

According to the court documents obtained by People, McWilliams accused Jenner of "embarking on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with McWilliams of an inappropriate and sexual nature."

McWilliams testimony in legal documents states that the alleged behaviour started in May 2017. "Between May 2017 and September 12, 2018 defendant Jenner began repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact with the body of McWilliams and making overt comments of sexual nature to McWilliams on a repeated basis," states the filing.

He also states that he requested Jenner to 'cease and desist' the misconduct because it was 'unwelcome'. He then alleges that Jenner retaliated with a campaign of harassment, intimidation, and further torment."

Jenner has since denied the allegations in a statement issued by her attorney, Marty Singer. "His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later," said Singer in the statement.

"Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution," he added.
