Five mauled by stray dogs in Larkana

LARKANA:

Five persons, including three children, were bitten by stray dogs in Larkana district on Saturday. The injured people belonged to Bakrani and Ratodero talukas, and included Dodo, 3, Shafique, 8 and Aftab Ali, 12. They were shifted to Chandka Medical College Hospital's Dog Bite Treatment Centre for treatment and vaccination. According to the Centre in-charge, as many as 32 dog-bite incidents had been reported there in the past week, but the authorities had taken no steps to deal with the matter.
