A rickshaw driver involved in wounding a Chinese man in a road accident on Mall Road was arrested on Tuesday. Reportedly, the victim, Chi Rimming, was on his way riding a motorcycle when a speedy rickshaw hit him near Mall Road. The victim’s tooth broke along with other injuries. Police said they have arrested the suspect after identifying him through the CCTV footage. They are investigating the matter further.
