Two held for ‘killing’ friend

Two men were arrested for allegedly murdering their friend over a work-related dispute in the provincial capital on Wednesday. Police said that after the accused Fahad and Mustafa were expelled from a factory they worked in, they, in a fit of rage, abducted the victim Shamon and murdered him. Reportedly, the accused were deranged after learning that Shamon had caused their expulsion from the factory. The suspects had taken the victim to Bab-e-Quaid Park and murdered him after stabbing and strangling. A case was registered against the suspected murderers. Police officials said that they were investigating the matter further.
