Man shot dead in city

LAHORE:

A man was shot dead by unidentified suspects in Karol Bhatti, Baghbanpura on Tuesday. The victim was identified as Abdul Rehman Habib, 65, a resident of China Scheme. He was travelling somewhere when unidentified suspects intercepted and shot at him. The victim suffered bullet wound and was shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced him as brought dead. A police team shifted the body to a morgue for autopsy. They also collected forensic evidences from the crime scene and recorded statements of the eye witnesses. Police officials said that they were investigating the matter further.
