The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Monday held its second e-kachehri, to address the grievances of the general public.

CAA Director General (DG) Hassan Nasir Jamy chaired the e-kachehri and invited people to come up with the queries regarding civil aviation issues. Airport Services deputy DG, Regulatory deputy DG and Human Resources director also attended the e-kachehri.

About a hundred queries were received during the e-kachehri regarding pilot licencing, upgrading facilities at airports, resumption of regular flights, resumption of flights to Saudi Arabia and China, upgrading of landing systems at airports, the behaviour of sister agencies with passengers, public transport for Islamabad airport, airline ticket pricing, regulations for drones and CAA employees among others.

Jamy responded to most of these queries and directed concerned quarters to sort out things as per merit on the earliest without any delay.

The e-kachehri was live-streamed at PCAA official Facebook page.
