State land retrieved

Land’s value estimated to be Rs117 million

LAHORE:

Lahore Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) evacuated four canals of government land from illegal occupation on Saturday.

The accused persons had occupied it in the Harbanspura area. The land’s value was estimated to be Rs117 million. The land had been handed over to the revenue department.

Punjab ACE Director General Gohar Nafees said that the authorities were focused on their crackdown against the illegal occupation of government land. He added that they will continue action against the anti-social elements indiscriminately.
