NAB summons PML-N’s provincial lawmaker

Latif is accused of selling lands of the Auqaf Department by misusing his authority

LAHORE:

Another PML-N leader, Mohsin Latif has also been summoned by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a case related to allegedly illegal sale of an Auqaf property.

Latif, who is also a Punjab Assembly lawmaker, has been asked to appear before an investigations officer at NAB Complex at Thokar Niaz Beg on August 17 at 11 am. Latif is accused of selling lands of the Auqaf Department by misusing his authority.

Punjab former chief minister Shehbaz Sharif and some officers of Auqaf Department, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and the Revenue Department are also accused in the case. NAB has asked Latif to bring relevant documents and record at the interrogation.
