Man arrested for killing wife, paramour

RAWALPINDI:

The Saddar Bairooni police Friday claimed to have solved a double murder case, arresting the husband of one of the victims and his accomplice. Police said that last month, they had recovered the naked body of a man dumped along Church Road within the remits of the Saddar Bairooni police station. The body was identified as Hasham Khan. They had subsequently arrested Bahram Khan and his suspected accomplice Irfan Khan. Later, during investigations, it was learnt that Bahram Khan suspected that his wife had an illicit relationship with Hasham and that he attacked both of them with an axe and killed them. The suspect buried his wife while he dumped Hasham’s body after it had deformed.
