A proclaimed offender (PO) involved in the murder of a citizen in Shadbagh area was arrested by police on Thursday. The arrested suspect was identified as Waqar Gujjar. Around four months back, he had allegedly shot dead a citizen, Rashid, over a financial dispute. The suspect was declared a proclaimed offender as he fled away to avoid police investigation. Police said they are investigating the matter further.
