‘Zero waste’ plan launched

MULTAN:

Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) launched a ‘zero waste’ plan for cleanliness of the city on third day of Eidul Azha. Following orders from Deputy Commissioner Aamir Khattak, the MWMC also ensured cleanliness in the union councils recently included in urban area. The sacrificial animals’ wastes were picked from 14 points. The officials with heavy machinery remained busy in the Muzaffarabad, Qasim Bela and Surij Miani areas.
