Two men snatched mobile phones and shaved the heads of two brothers after abducting them, their father reported to the police on Tuesday.
The Ghulam Muhammadabad police registered a case and began conducting raids to arrest the suspects.
A labourer named Muhammad Safdar, resident of Madinabad, told the police that his 19-year-old son Muhammad Zeeshan and 15-year-old Noman were going to a market for grocery when Zeeshan alias Shani and Mohsin Ali, son of Ashiq Ali, riding on a motorcycle abducted them from Madinabad Road at Gol Chowk, Rehmat Town, and took them to Sadhupura.
There the suspects tortured both his sons, shaved their heads and snatched costly mobile phones from them, he alleged.
The police have registered a case against the suspects and are conducting raids for their arrest.
