A tyre got detached from a moving oil tanker amid busy traffic near 35 Phatak, Katcha Khoo, said rescuers on Wednesday. However, it did not cause any mishap on the road as the tanker that was carrying over 40,000 litres of oil remained safe. Rescue teams rushed to the spot to save the oil tanker after the incident. However, a portion of the road was shut for traffic by the rescuers for some time.
