K-P to digitise properties held by Auqaf department

PESHAWAR:

To ensure the efficient management of its properties across the province, the provincial government has decided to digitise all properties held by the Auqaf Department.

The properties of the department will be synchronised with the revenue record while all necessary amendments in this regard will be made in the relevant laws.

The move was approved by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan on Sunday while presiding over a meeting of the Auqaf Department in Peshawar.

During the meeting, it was decided that a financial management and internal audit system will be introduced in the department.
