The District Quality Control Board referred 16 cases of medical stores to a drug court for punishment on Wednesday.
A meeting of the District Quality Control Board was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Aamir Khattak. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Qamar Zaman Qaisarani, Assistant Commissioner Abida Fareed, District Health CEO Dr Arshad Malik and Drug Inspector Ehsan Lodhar attended the meeting.
They reviewed 20 cases. Warnings were issued in two cases, while two others were deferred till the next meeting. The board forwarded 16 cases of different medical stores to the drug court.
