The timeless sari has made a big comeback in the last couple of years – from seeing celebs donning the traditional garb to designers showcasing their own gorgeous spin on it on the runways, or even the young college girl wrapping herself up in a cotton sari to make a statement.
While the classic sari never has and probably never will go out of style - thank God for that – its popularity in popular culture has seen some dips. However, it is safe to say that its popularity is surely on the rise and one reason for it might be the stunning use of hand-painted organza fabric for it.
