‘Madrassas should begin online classes’
Naeem claimed that educational institutions were responsible for the safety of student health and education
KARACHI:
Pointing out that the academic year had been resumed at most educational institutions, Jamia Binoria chancellor Mufti Muhammad Naeem stated that religious educational institutions and seminaries, too, should begin online classes following precautionary measures against coronavirus.
During a meeting discussing the resumption of education at Jamia Binoria on Monday, he said that this step would help ease the precarious situation of students.
Naeem claimed that educational institutions were responsible for the safety of student health, as well as their education. He argued that people should take the current situation seriously, reminding those present that Shariah permits taking precautionary measures in case of epidemics.
