KARACHI: Civil Hospital, Karachi is waiting a VIP to inaugurate its new MRI and CT scan machines that were installed two months ago. They had hoped that the health minister would do the honours. In the meantime, the much-needed machinery lies idle. There is a CT scan machine in the emergency department but this service is not available for the out-patients department.
