Imran's govt plans to outsource major airports
Summary for approval will be presented before PM Imran in federal cabinet meeting on Tuesday

The federal government has decided in principle to outsource all the major local airports in the country.
According to sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over a meeting of the federal cabinet on Tuesday (today) where the summary for outsourcing all major airports will be presented for approval.
The meeting will review the six-point agenda and will also grant approval for the appointment of the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Policy Board.
According to a copy of the federal cabinet meeting agenda available with The Express Tribune, a summary of the treasury division for the custody and operations of public accounts and Federal Consolidation Fund will also be deliberated upon.
The meeting will also discuss the summary by Indus River System Authority (IRSA) for real time distribution of water and its dimensions through telemetric monitoring.
Furthermore, it will reflect on a summary for appointing members of the Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) board and budget committee under the Islamabad Healthcare Regulations Act.
