Police claimed to have arrested seven drug dealers and recovered narcotics from them.
A spokesman said that during a continued drive against drug pushers and other criminals on Thursday, teams of different police stations conducted raids at several places, arresting seven suspected criminals and seizing 9.23 kilogrammes of hashish, two rifles, two pistols and a gun from them.
Police registered cases against the accused and started investigations.
