The petitioner prayed the court to pass a direction to the authorities concerned to regularise his services on the post, contending that it is unfair that he has been serving for a long time but is not being regularised.
LHC’s Justice Aisha A Malik directed the provincial government to submit a reply on Naseer’s plea. The petitioner contended that he had been appointed under section 73 of Punjab Emergency Service Act 2006. He contended that he was appointed in grade 20 in July 2006. He contended that he had been rendering his services with passion and loyalty on a contract basis for a long time. He implored that it is unfair if he is not regularised on his post.
