KARACHI: Two men, one of whom was wearing a burqa, were arrested by the Kharadar police for violating the pillion riding ban on Saturday night. Upon stopping a motorcycle for checking, the police discovered one of the motorcyclists was a man wearing a burqa to deceive them. Cases were registered against them.
