KARACHI: The United States is expanding its ‘English Access Micro-scholarship Programme’ for Pakistan. “We are adding 2,000 more students to the programme that has trained 5,000 students and teachers from all parts of Pakistan so far,” said the US Consulate’s Andie de Arment.
