Taseer’s Other Wife: Court summons parties for Sep 12

LAHORE:

A civil court on Friday summoned the parties for arguments by September 12, on a declaration suit filed by Ayesha Bukhari, who claims to be former Punjab governor late Salman Taseer’s wife. Bukhari says she was Taseer’s wife and therefore one of his legal heirs. She said she was legally a share holder in Taseer’s moveable and immoveable assets. She says that she had contacted Taseer’s other wife Amna, and children Sheharyar, Shahbaz and Shehar Bano, but they had refused to recognise her. She requested the court to help her get her lawful share in Taseer’s property.
