HYDERABAD: PCR kits used to diagnose hepatitis B and C have been short for a month, since the government switched to a new system in Sindh. The medical superintendent of the Shah Bhittai Hospital, Iftikhar Ahmed Qaimkhani, said that the kits were provided by the district government.
