LARKANA: Residents of a town protested after four days of power outages because of a damaged transformer. They staged a sit-in in front of the Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) and ransacked their office. They later piled up rubbish in front of the office and set it on fire. The protesters dispersed after the authorities assured them of a new transformer in their area.
