ISLAMABAD:
Director General FIA Tehsin Anwar Shah also appeared in court, and was questioned about the status of Hussain Asghar joining the FIA. The DG submitted that a letter has been written to the Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan for relieving Asghar. He will be given charge of the post and the investigations would be handed over to him soon after he arrives in Islamabad, said Shah.
The court also reprimanded the DG for not appearing in previous proceedings, with the chief justice saying: “Your attitude is negligent though you are CSP and senior officer”.

Rather this guy should have been punished after all his disobediance to court orders.
You are a CSP and senior officer ,,,, court said. No one is stupid enough to fight CSP's.
