We need to be a little bit sensitive about overeating jokes: Shaniera Akram
The social activist has urged her fans to keep those in mind that can't afford such a lifestyle
Social activist Shaneira Akram has been quite active as of late in bringing awareness to the plight of those affected most by the nationwide lockdown. In her latest tweet, Shaniera asked her fans to be sensitive when talking about their desires for when the lockdown is over.Think we need to be a little bit sensitive about the overeating food jokes. Remember there are millions of people out there right now who would give anything to know what that even feels like 😢

Specifically alluding to 'overeating' jokes, Shaniera highlighted a large segment of society that couldn't even fathom enjoying such luxuries. "Think we need to be a little bit sensitive about the overeating food jokes. Remember there are millions of people out there right now who would give anything to know what that even feels like," She said.
Her fans mostly agreed, with some also pointing out other jokes around coronavirus that should be dialed down.

Taking to Instagram recently, the Australian beauty and social activist decided to share some hilarious glimpses into her life with husband, former cricketer Wasim Akram, and the rest of her family.

Shaniera captioned the photo, “Quarantine got us like,” alongside a photo of her and Wasim joking around wearing questionable wigs. The photos have since received thousands of likes with many fans cheering on the light-hearted take on quarantine.
