HYDERABAD: The Sindh University has devised a 24-point-code for the decorum of students and teachers. The students will now have separate walls where they can do wall chalking and put up posters. Graffiti will not be tolerated elsewhere in the university according to the vice chancellor, Dr Nazir Mughal. A post of grade 19 has also been set up for the director of campus security, he added.
