The 'Meray Paas Tum Ho' duo has just returned from the US

Humayun Saeed’s upcoming film London Nahi Jaunga, written by Khalilur Rehman Qamar and directed by Nadeem Baig, is slated to release on Eidul Azha 2020. However, with the growing concern over coronavirus and a global lock down, it is hard to deduce the fate of the film as of now.

Nonetheless, Saeed recently returned to Karachi and made the announcement over Twitter. He was last spotted on a flight from Houston to New Jersey with his Meray Paas Tum Ho (MPTH) co-star, Adnan Siddiqui. The two were seen wearing masks with Siddiqui's caption being, "Uff Coronavirus! Off to Houston from New Jersey."

Saeed's post came soon after writer Vasay Chaudhry tweeted, "London kiya...kaheen bhi nahin jaunga." To this, the MPTH star responded by saying, "Just landed at Karachi Airport bhai. Magar abhi ghar nahin jaunga. Main aur Adnan Siddiqui khud ko aik room main bund kar rahe hain kuch din ke liye. Allah hum sab ko apni amaan main rakhe. God bless you all."

The superstar made it clear that he will not be going home and instead, isolating himself with his friend Siddiqui. The move may be their possible attempt at avoiding any interaction with a loved one, in case they were infected on their travels.

Nevertheless, Baig's production house is currently working on multiple scripts with different writers such as Chaudhry, Qamar, and Zanjabeel Asim Shah. London Nahi Jaunga appears to be a sequel to Punjab Nahi Jaungi but Saeed had clarified in a recent interview that it is a completely different story.
