Softball: Nowshera outclass Abbottabad in final
Abbottabad batted first and scored a total of six runs. Maria, Palwasha and Faiza contributed two runs each.

PESHAWAR:
Nowshera clinched the National Inter-District Women’s Softball Championship title after beating Abbottabad in a thrilling final at the Abbottabad Cricket Stadium. Abbottabad batted first and scored a total of six runs. Maria, Palwasha and Faiza contributed two runs each. Nowshera faced heavy resistance but Hira Khan and Khatijah took charge as Hira scored four runs and Khatijah scored two. The final run to seal the win came through Fatima.
