Environment: 7 roads selected for plantation tree

The press released said survey findings had been forwarded to senior officials for approval.

MULTAN: Parks and Horticulture authority (PHA) Multan has completed a survey and selected seven roads for planting trees to promote greenery in the city. According to a press release issued on Sunday, the PHA will plant trees along Ghaus-e-Azam Road, Masoom Shah Road, a road from Chowk BCG to Vehari Chowk, a road in Shah Rukn-e-Aalam Colony, 100-Footty Road, High Court Road till Nishtar Chowk and a road from Chowk Katchery to MDA Road. The press released said survey findings had been forwarded to senior officials for approval. The plantation and sapling drive will begin in the coming week.
