Twitter has a lot to say about singer Aima Baig's look at the opening ceremony of Pakistan Super League's (PSL) fifth edition held in Karachi on Friday.

Many took to the social media platform believing the Baazi songstress emulated American superstar Ariana Grande, including her style and signature moves.

At the glamourous opening ceremony of PSL 2020, Baig was seen on stage sporting Ari's famous high ponytail as well as a shimmery silver ensemble.

"Aima Baig more like Pakistani Ariana Grande," one user wrote. "Aima Baig seems a little too inspired by Ariana Grande," another commented.

Meanwhile, other Twitter users pointed out that Baig shouldn't be compared with the 7 Rings hitmaker because she 'doesn't promote skin whitening products.'

"Ariana Grande doesn't promote skin whitening products and the gora complex, let's not disgrace her by making comparisons with Aima Baig," a status pointed out in reply to the trending comments.

However, many were also quick to rush to Baig's defence, admiring her PSL look and vocal talents.
