MIANWALI:
Three people were killed when bandits raided their house in Kundian on Saturday morning. According to police officials, a group of proclaimed offenders attacked the house of patrolling policeman Sher Afghan and opened fire on his family. As a result, Afghan’s father Abdul Hai and his uncle Muhammad Iqbal were killed on the spot, while Afghan was severely injured. Proclaimed offender Saifullah Khan also died in the cross fire between police officials and the bandits. The injured cop has been shifted to the DHQ hospital. Kundian police have registered a case against 10 people and have started an investigation.
