PM Imran to chair PTI spokespersons meeting today

ISLAMABAD: The meeting of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf’s (PTI) senior leaders and spokespersons will be held on Monday at PM house under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The meeting will deliberate on the current political and economic situation in the country.

The government’s economic team would brief the participants about the strategy and statistics on inflation and also forward recommendations for provision of relief to the common man and ways to combat rising prices of essential goods.

Sources said the session will also hold discussion on the government’s negotiations with the allied parties and establish a party narrative regarding foreign travel of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz.

The government’s narrative on the current situation will also be discussed, while the premier would present guileless regarding future course of action.
