Child tortured for TikTok video

The accused Saqlain kidnapped the child, threatened him

SHORKOT: A seven-year-old child named Abdul Hanan, resident of Shorkot Cantt was physically tortured for making a TikTok video.

He was tied upside down to a bed by the accused Saqlain who then made his TikTok video. Police have arrested the accused.

The case was filed by the police on the request of the child's father. Hanan’s father Asif Laiq told the police that his son went to the market to buy toffees. The accused Saqlain kidnapped the child and continued to make a TikTok video. Laiq said that he tortured Hanan by standing on his abdomen and kept threatening him. Police have started investigations.

SHO Nawaz Khan said that whoever harms anyone or brandishes a weapon publicly for popularity or pleasure will be dealt with under the law and no one will be allowed to break the law.
