LAHORE: A division bench of Lahore High Court, headed by Justice Sayyed Mazahar Ali, on Wednesday fixed Feb 6 for further arguments on a bail petition filed by Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Hamza Shehbaz in the Ramzan Sugar Mills case.

The counsel representing Hamza denied the claim by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) that a drain costing Rs213 million in Bhawana tehsil of Chiniot was built to benefit the mills and not the common people.

NAB alleges that former chief minister Shehbaz Sharif  had issued a directive to construct the drain to facilitate the mills owned by his sons.
