Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said eight passengers and the pilot of the aircraft died in the accident. “There were no survivors… There were nine people on board the aircraft, the pilot plus eight individuals,” Villanueva said.
Following this, celebrities, politicians and sports personalities from all around the world started tweeting their grief, along with multiple local celebrities.
Mahira Khan expressed her heart break in two tweets, hours after the tragic incident.

Mehwish Hayat posted an interview of the legend while expressing her sadness in an elaborate manner.
