The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing on bail pleas filed by former federal minister for religious affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi and joint secretary Aftabul Islam for two weeks, Express 24/7 reported on Thursday.
The former minister and his secretary are facing corruption charges in the Hajj scam. A two-member bench, comprising Justice Saqib Nisar and Justice Sermad, adjourned the hearing because of the absence of the FIA’s legal adviser.
