@Syed Khurram Mohiuddin: Today it is confirmed that government deliberately misled by claiming gross collection instead of net collection for the month of June. Thus issue had been pointed out by Dawn on July 6 and FBR insisted that they were reporting net collections. Now they have admitted that the error was due to 'confusion of net collection with gross collection'.
Meekal Ahmed:
Are you saying the govt. is falsifying it's revenue statistics?
You may have to eat your words once actual numbers and facts are investigated and results emerge.
Look at the numbers again and see the collection figures of JUNE.
Please don't insult our intelligence. Every thinking person knows EXACTLY how these revenues were collected.
